(The home of the Baylor Bears men's and women's basketball teams required special consideration with respect to satellite parking needs for both regular events and special events.)

Both Michael and Tracy Schrader were involved in the Baylor University Parking Study, a comprehensive study of parking patterns, demand, and supply on the Baylor University campus.

· Compared of Baylor Parking Data with other universities in Texas and nearby states

· Compiled parking data

· Analyzed transit ridership

· Created database for data interpretation

· Interpreted data

· Computed parking demand

· Recommended modifications and improvements

(The parking for Baylor's new baseball field was evaluated for its usability as a satellite lot for both regular and special events.)
